All of the checkboxes you saw on the Weekly Wire contents pages belong to a feature called "Paperboy!" This feature allows you to decide which articles you'd like to read, and then assembles them into a custom online paper which you can page through.

Each article's listing on a Weekly Wire contents page now has a checkbox next to it like this:

Towards the bottom of the contents pages, after the article listings, is a button like this:

If you press the button (on the contents pages, not here) after you have checked some articles' checkboxes, you'll get to page through all of the articles you selected, and then move on to the next section.
